Therapy is a partnership of our strengths

I bring an expertise on mental health and you bring an expertise on you. Together we will design your treatment and work towards accomplishing your goals.

You and I will engage in open and honest conversations where you explore your experiences, thoughts, and feelings to gain insights, learn new approaches, and make life-improving changes. You will find clarity and gain meaning, and you will feel empowered to live a life you love.

What Clients Say

I felt I could reach out to Christina because she is a warm and caring therapist that became a friend, who supported me along my pregnancy confidently, which helped me feel more calm and ready in becoming a new mum.

When I found myself dealing with anxiety and panic, at first I attempted to deal with it on my own but soon realized I needed professional guidance. Christina has been truly wonderful. She is calm, patient, wise and helpful. She asks thoughtful questions and offers realistic strategies for dealing with certain situations. I’m very thankful to have found her as I now feel a sense of peace and well-being.

I reached out to Christina for help with some anxiety issues my 6 year old was experiencing. As an anxiety sufferer myself, I immediately wanted to figure out the best way to help my daughter. I am so grateful for Christina’s guidance. I feel she empowered me to in-turn empower my child.

L.M.

After having my two boys, suffering a miscarriage and other health issues, I had ‘lost’ myself, as a person. Christina validated me. There was no judgment. Christina acknowledged my feelings but also encouraged me that in order for me to achieve what I wanted I needed to take care of me first. She gave me the confidence and tools that I needed. Working with Christina has given me a new sense of being.
